- Where do you ship from?
All our products ship from Florida to all 50 states, and we ship Internationally from Florida as well (if available)
2. How do I track my order?
You will receive a purchase confirmation order confirming the order # and purchase details. A second email with the shipping information and tracking number will be sent within 1-3 business days.
3. How long does shipping take?
Products typically arrive within 1 week from the date of purchase. Products might arrive slightly faster or longer depending on location and local service alerts (shipping weather delays, traffic, etc)
4. Who do you ship with?
Most orders will ship through USPS. Larger orders, and certain postal locations will be shipped by UPS
5. What is the return policy?
Refunds can not be given for USED items.
Unused or damaged items can be returned if you notify us within two weeks of delivery. A restocking fee might apply.
