18mm F to 18mm M Downstem

This is an 18mm F to 18mm M downstem. This means that the downstem can be used on a water-pipe (bong) that has an 18mm female joint, and you will need an 18mm bowl for the downstem (sold separately). The bong has multiple small hole openings at the end and creates many tiny bubbles to help filter your smoke. Read our article on percolators.
